This morning's breakfast room was deserted so no people watching opportunities. Breakfast was accompanied by a mad medley of Katie Melua and Andrew Lloyd Webber. But the mackerel was smoked and local (Shetland) and came with a cheeky little poached egg so it's easy to forgive the imperfections.
